NiuginiHR is a locally developed Human Resource Management System designed to help PNG businesses manage employee data,payroll, leave, and HR processes all in one place.

Its free to signup. Click on Get Started, Select your preferred plan, fill in the signup form and submit. Check your email for activation code with link to activate account. If you prefer manual signup, email hr@niuginihr.com for assistance.

No. NiuginiHR is an online system. You only need an account to access and use the system. You will need internet to access the system anytime, anywhere!

Yes. Once you have an account, you have the admin rights to set and configure system such as leave type, payroll type,logo, company name, etc.. For other features not included, this can be submitted as feature request, and we will take note for future upgrade and enhancement.

At this stage, we accept bank transfer/deposit only. Once you signup, we will issue an invoice. After payment is made, we will do internal activation on your account.

Yes. For any support, please submit a ticket to hr@niuginihr.com. We do provide training, and do remote support via live chat (WhatsApp) as long as your subscription with NiuginiHR is active and running.
