1. Eligibility for Refund

• Subscription plans after 48 hours of activation.
• Services that have already been rendered or partially completed. .

3. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment date.

• Invoice or transaction ID
• Reason for refund
We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. .

5. Processing Time
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method. .
