Requirements
List the documents and training everyone must have, how long each stays valid and how many days a new starter has to provide it. Anyone who doesn’t need one can be exempted, with a reason and an end date.

Staff Upload Their Own
Staff see their own checklist under My Compliance and upload the new copy themselves when something is due. HR checks it and approves it, or sends it back.

Reminders
Staff are emailed before something expires and again if it becomes overdue. HR gets a daily or weekly summary of who needs chasing, so nothing is missed.

What can we track?
Any document type or training course you set up: police clearances, medicals, driver’s licences, work permits, first aid, safety inductions and so on, each with its own expiry rules.
Can someone be exempt?
Yes. HR can exempt a person from a requirement, with a reason, and they no longer count as missing it.
Can we show an auditor where we stand?
