NiuginiHR is 100% PNG-owned. It is developed and managed by NiuginiHR Software Systems, a business registered with the Investment Promotion Authority (IPA No. 6-155058528) and based in Port Moresby.
Is training really free?
Yes. We train your HR team, supervisors and staff at no cost. In Port Moresby we can come to your office; anywhere else in PNG we train remotely.
Where does support come from?
From our own team in Port Moresby. You can reach us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email seven days a week, we can connect remotely to help on your screen, and we can visit your office when that is the quickest way to sort it out.
Do I have to pay in US dollars or with an overseas card?
No. Our prices are fixed in PNG kina, so there is no foreign currency involved and your bill does not change with the exchange rate.
Is NiuginiHR only for payroll?
No. It covers the whole employee journey: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, performance, timesheets, leave, payroll and offboarding, all in one system.
Do we go through a reseller?
